We were always impressed with the staff. They always treated the dogs like their own. We used both boarding and daycare on a regular basis and we have never had an issue.
Unfortunately we have left the area but I would highly recommend their services.

Every time we pick up our lab, Otto, from the kennel he is happy and well exercised! The outdoor play sessions with other dogs are very important to us (instead of just taking him for a walk). We have also had some obedience and scent training done with Nathan and his wife and the results were amazing for the short amount of time he spent there. We will continue to bring our pets here for any future boarding and training. For us it is rare to see Otto get so excited about coming to a kennel. More...

We used their boarding service for our dog Koga. We called them last minute and they were able to help up us with our emergency situation. Their price is on point and their customer service is awesome. We received frequent updates on how Koga was doing and we were also able to see videos on their Facebook page. I felt my dog was secure in their facility as our pup is a runner and has some anxiety. I didn't worry about my girl while we were away. Would definitely recommend. More...

This place is amazing. Tried it on a whim based on location our first time (lots of running room), and have never gone anywhere else. They're also very accommodating even at the last minute! They keep you updated with how your pet is doing, post videos and pictures so you can see them when you can't be with them, and take amazing care of them. My boxer LOVES the staff and the playtime he gets and I'd recommend it to anyone. We will never go anywhere else. 10 stars out of 5 for me. More...

I have used almost every service at Perfect Scents. Nathan, Danielle, and their staff always make the dogs their first priority. I started scent detection classes with Nathan and my rescue pup - this has helped build a relationship between her and I and has helped make her a more confident pup. She absolutely loves it! I have also taken my recently adopted Swissy here for obedience training. Danielle was so understanding of his reactivity issues and provided an environment that was safe for us to train and learn. Very recently I got married and left both dogs here for 5 days for boarding. They came back happy and healthy and tired. Both dogs are on raw diets and there were absolutely no issues with storage of the food or feeding the proper amounts. Since they have opened I have taken my dogs here to get groomed. I have always been very happy with there grooming until one day they did receive a bad one, to the owners dismay they called all clients that got a groom that day, apologizing & re affirmed that groomer is gone & offered a discount on the next groom.
