What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for learning and leadership development, and over the past two and half years, have completed multiple transformative learning programs. The more I discover my own potential, and blindspots that used to hold me back, the more I am driven to enrolling others to do the same for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been independent and like to work hours that are flexible. This allows me to also be available when my clients need me. I like to have time for continual learning, fitness and relaxation.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am someone who has been told I'm a great listener and have a natural insight, that benefits my clients. I believe it's important to be educated in the work you do, and pride myself on being a highly trained, graduate coach with CoachU University. I am finalizing my ACC accreditation with the International Coach Federation.
I also have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a Major in Finance and holds two Red Seal designations.

Coaching is typically held over Zoom or on the phone, and is how I work with the majority of my clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continued to offer coaching services via zoom.
During unprecedented times, we are offering Covid-19 Coaching Scholarships. Please contact us to find out if we have any open spots. Clients are offered a reduced rate for period of time and we will focus our coaching on their financial goals.
Life Coaching
All coaching offers an aspect of life coaching as we work on what you want and each week you determine the focus of our coaching discussion. Sometime a life situation is at the heart /source of what someone needs to address to have a breakthrough in an area of life.
Leadership Coaching
My main passion is working with leaders who are developing their capabilities in leading others. This often includes how they can advance in their leadership role and understanding what they will need to develop from Team Lead to Supervisor, to Manager, to Director, to VP or SVP levels. The shift from leading others, to leading team, to leading the organization are key for leaders to master for continued success.
Career Coaching
Especially now many individuals are looking to find more passion in their work, how to advocate for advancement, often looking for a career change or perhaps even considering start a sole or small business.
