Can't comment on house painting but deck staining was totally unacceptable. We had our deck coated with a protective stain in late fall 2019.
About 5 months later, after the snow melted, in the spring 2020 most of it came off with a simple wash. After complaining, he finally agreed to do it again, with the product at my expense, this spring 2021. Well after recent attemps to contact him, he is not responding.
So buyer beware.
