I would give this company a 10/10 on service, professionalism and follow up. Initially, I received a detailed quote which allowed me to understand the services provided. Once the quote was approved, an appointment was promptly set up. The appointment time was confirmed to remind me when the crew was to arrive. I brought a cherished family heirloom to PCS for cleaning. It is a 75+ year old oriental wool rug that we believe my husband's grandmother in Austria had acquired in the 1940s (possibly earlier).
It had been regularly vacuumed, but never cleaned before. We are so pleased with the results. It is so soft and the colours look so much richer now. I even was able to handle the rug now without my allergies causing me to break out into hives.
The staff at PCS made professional recommendations and we never felt like we were being "sold" services or treatments that were unnecessary. Not only that, but they worked on a tight timeline to ensure our rug was back at home for Christmas.
I will not hesitate to use PCS again for all my professional cleaning needs, and will recommend them to friends and family.

I had a fairly small project I needed done. Just some cutting and binding for some area rugs. The owners were as friendly and helpful as if I was spending thousands of dollars. Listened to me nattering on and answered my questions.So many business staff are curt and want to brush you off quickly. Not PCS.They have a HUGE platform for cleaning rugs. I'd recommend them highly. Very impressed. The binding/edging/finishing (can't remember the correct term) was so beautifully done that no one could tell it had been cut and re-edged/finished. They explained everything they were doing, went over the paperwork and policy on customer satisfaction. They provided me with spot remover and booties to wear while the carpet was drying.
