I am very particular about the care of my pets, and I have nothing but high praise for Adam and all the walkers. I have been using the daily dog walking service for well over a year, and I have also used the overnight care option. I provided all the information that I wanted up front, and over time I have provided extra updates and requests. My dog can be a little reactive at times, and I am always worried about how people will handle that, but I haven't had a single concern arise. I have been home several times when the walkers come by, and my dog is always loose and relaxed when he sees them, and happy when I come home. I get updates after every walk so that I know for certain my dog got out and how it went. I got updates every morning and night that I was away. Adam and his team are an absolute DREAM! We have a reactive dog and cannot kennel her. We never thought we would be able to go on vacation for this reason. Adam has spent so much time getting to know our dog and her quirks, and generally love her. we just got back from a week away abroad, where Adam stayed with our dog every night. It was such a comfort knowing that our dog (and cat too!) were well taken care of, and that our home was in good hands. We were given daily updates and they were always available to talk and ask questions. when we arrived home, our house was immaculate and our pets were very happy! We have had such a wonderful experience with Paw Quest. We recently got a new puppy and did some training classes through them. The staff were super helpful, professional and met us in our own home for the sessions. It was very thorough and also tailored to our needs. I highly recommend trying them out for training as it helped make the transition for us and our new pup go smoothly. We will definitely make use of their other services in the future as we had such a fantastic experience. You can tell the staff at Paw Quest really love animals and it was one of the highlights of my dog's week to visit with them! More...

Paw quest was extremely helpful and we have learned so much from our one on one training lessons. We had four lessons with Adam, and our 10 month old Frenchie is already such a different pup! I’ve used Paw Quest Petcare for both home visits/walks as well as puppy training classes. They are very professional and knowledgeable! Most importantly, they clearly really love animals and care about giving your fur babies the best care. They send pictures and give updates after their visits which is so awesome - some of my favourite puppy pictures were taken by them! Adam looked after our two senior dogs in our home while we were away for a much needed family vacation last Winter. One had special needs and I was nervous to leave them. He took the time to reassure me and put me at ease before we left. He kept me updated each day on how everything was going and sent pictures which really helped. What a wonderful experience! I have always counted on the kindness of my friends and family to care for my fur critters and this was my first time reaching out to a service. I'm so glad that I did! Despite being in a different time zone I could start my mornings with photo updates, I had plenty of pictures from walks, my place was left spotless after overnight stays. We have nothing but great things to say about Paw Quest. They are professional and extremely dependable. They are able to accommodate us when things come up or plans change last minute. Adam provides feedback after each visit & has demonstrated a true understanding of our pup - often mentioning specific details about his behaviour & anything that we may need to know when we get home. He keeps us up to date with pictures, and always replies to messages. We love that he spends a lot of time outdoors with our pup when the weather allows for it. We always come home to a happy puppy!
