Shanon was very friendly and did a good job nail clipping Alaska & Sparkle it cost me $33.90 (including taxes)?for the service ; for both of them!! She was very good with bunnies too? ,ill definetely come back!!?i just have a sugestion for the owner about updating the prices in the brochure and it will be nice if they include pictures of bunnies in the advertisement(Online+Brochure)i only saw cats and dogs pics so people owning bunnies? have to figured out and call if their bunnies are include in nail clipping services? it will atract more customers in my opinion if they take in consideration the sugestion? We love getting our puppy in for a groom. He seems to always love it when he’s there and he always comes out fresh and with a free bandana! You pay a bit of a premium but you can walk in off the street and they will give your pet the best nail trim they've ever had, which is key to animal wellness.

We just sent our dog here for the first time. She's really anxious and had also hurt her knee so we were really worried about her going in for grooming. Everything about our first visit here was great. Friendly and answered questions we had about the grooming. Accommodating schedule wise. We've been coming to Paw Pals for almost a year. Our dog is a wheaten and is at the groomer quite frequently. I went to this little gem yesterday with my kitty. Zues wasn't enjoying his first groom, but the groomer was super friendly and fast. I'm in love with how soft he is, and he seems really happy too. As a newcomer to Toronto I was looking for a dog groomer in my area. I came across paw pals and decided to give them a try . My dog has had the same groomer for 10 years (up north Timmins Ontario). I was a little anxious about finding someone new, as I don't just trust anyone with my precious pet. When I picked him up from paw pals he looked amazing ! I highly recommend their grooming service . I have been bringing both my own dogs and foster dogs here for years. They do an amazing job, pricing is competitive-- but their major point of difference is that I know my dogs are being treated with a lot of care, especially for my dogs with complex health issues. We love Paw Pals! Our groomer Jennifer is attentive, friendly and does a really great job at giving our pup a consistently beautiful cut! We have a small-medium sized dog and his cuts usually take about 3 hours -- for the amount of time spent, you can really tell that they take their time with all of the dogs that come here for a full grooming. I've never had a problem and my dog loves coming here. When he leaves, he looks and smells completely refreshed! :) Their Saturdays are always full so make sure you book your future appointments ahead of time but they are super accommodating as well! I took Shadow for grooming at Paw Pals for the first time Tuesday...... I was very very pleased with the service .... our german shepherd looks fantastic and smells wonderful .
