I provide my clients with a safe, warm and judgment-free environment to discuss their most personal and intimate life struggles. Our sense of love and belonging is fundamental to reaching our potential. I work with children, youth, teens, adults, couples, and families who face a range of mental health and relationship concerns including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, anger, panic, ADHD, OCD, ODD, eating disorders, traumas, childhood traumas, PTSD, dissociation, parent-child/family/marital/couples conflict, parenting, tantrum, child behaviours, low self-esteem, identity, grief & loss, addictions, and spiritual development.
I take on a strength-based and culturally sensitive approach to help you understand challenges presented, explore the underlying issues, develop new skills, capacities, support you through changing, healing processes, and facilitate growth. It's empowering each unique life journey by focusing on your inner strengths and reconnecting with your authentic self.
I collaboratively works with clients in a safe, trauma-informed and creative non-intrusive way to promote improved holistic health.
