It is always difficult to try a new hairstylist but I needed to find one and take a chance. Went to Palazzo's and did not regret it. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Went to Palazzo for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was amazing !!! The staff was super friendly and nice. The two girls we had Jami & Jasmine were amazing!! They do a great job at what they do!! Its not overly priced like a few of the other places I looked at before finding this spa. I love that they are a vegan company with plant based products!! We went for the 2 for 1 special with Taylor. Our son and I haven't had such a good haircut in a really long time. As soon as we walked in we where treated very well. Picked this salon out randomly just from Google as I no longer live anywhere near my usual place in Toronto, I was definitely afraid of not getting my "usual" cut I have been getting for a while now but the ratings on Google were definitely true and I had a great cut. When I called they gave me an appointment with Megan, she was awesome and did an amazing job! The place is clean and organized.
