The current team of Adam Schwartz (Property Manager) and Lori Kim (Property Administrator) has been instrumental in maintaining our building. Our Port Coquitlam Strata has been managed by Pacific Quorum since before we bought over 11 years ago. Our first Strata Manager, ***** *******, was excellent and very experienced and we were concerned when he retired. To be honest, after ***** left we had a few inexperienced and less than stellar Strata Managers. I want to thank Melissa Lazeo from the bottom of my heart for all the efforts with our rental unit. We have seen many houses to find the best fit for our family but none of the people we met were as professional as she is. She spotted our needs upon our first meeting and found our new home within days.
