I have been taking fundamental classes with coach Cole past few days. Cole is really focus on good movement and foundation, both to prevent injury and improve performance. My first day, Cole gave me tips on my rowing and immediately, I was rowing more efficiently and getting less tired. It has been amazing , the gym is impeccably clean, small classes so everyone gets personal attention and a warm, welcoming community feel. Coaches have awesome attention to detail and are easy to talk to! From my experience, class sizes are smaller than what I'm used to and that has helped ease any visitor anxiety. The athletes are friendly and open to partnering up when the wod calls for it! I appreciate how accommodating this box has been and will keep coming back whenever I'm in Richmond. More...

Solid gym. Dropped in here while visiting family in the area. They've got a great space and let us work in more things before and after the main class. The gym space is quite big and leaves plenty of room to do whatever you're looking to do. They keep it clean and tidy. Marco has done a good job building a solid business.
