About

I am a Certified Health and Life Coach with a background in Holistic Health and Psychology from McGill University. I received my certification as an Usui Reiki Master and have been passionate about holistic wellness for much of my life and now share that passion with the clients that I help. What makes me unique is my ability to uncover and hear what people are not saying out loud to me. As a holistic health coach I approach a person's whole health, and well-being. There are many areas of our wheel of life, such as, self love & relationship to self, health, career, finances, and that which is greater than us. How we do one thing, is how we do everything! So when one area of our life is out of sync, it affects all other areas, like a domino effect. My intention is to transform people's lives through gentle habit change and mindfulness in a way that is usable, meaningful and life-changing to them!
