Rishma has almost 30 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in BC. She comes with empathy, compassion and co-regulation for her clients. She is experienced in nervous system regulation and focuses on strategies such as breathwork, mindfulness, grounding, meditation, among others. Rishma provides both in-person and virtual services.
