I have been using different management company for different properties and cities for tenant placement service but Diane at Orca is the best among all others. Not only she’s responsible, fast, reliable and reply to me in timely manner, she collects all tenant’s applications in VERY DETAIL (employment letter, payslips, bank statement, tenant background, reference check and credit score!! ). She had great communication skills between both parties as well. Sometimes other property management companies they just help to collect applications and landlords need to do extra job to request all other related info. Diane was very pleasant, reliable & approachable. Diane also removed her shoes when entering my place without me having to ask her which was huge for me. Diane got my place rented after the first showing, with multiple applications to choose from. Shortly after the listing was posted Diane also got inquiries with she followed up on. Diane was also willing to add some attendums to the contract which other property managers were not willing to do.
