What do you love most about your job?
My passion is to assist others to achieve optimal health and create a life that is full of happiness, good health, and wellness. I work on the body as a whole. My unique approach for health solutions is based on my philosophy that optimal health is the alignment of emotional health, physical health, mental health, and spiritual health. When all these components are in harmony, a bliss state of optimal health can be achieved and maintained. I value health as the greatest asset because it is the foundation of happiness, wellness, and loving relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years of experiences serving clients as a holistic health practitioner, I have devoted myself to bringing a holistic approach, which combines Western medicine, Chinese medicine, and Alternative medicine together, to help clients achieve optimal health. With my passion and dreams, I successfully launched my online business – Optimalhealthsolutions.ca to help others overcome obstacles and health challenges in their lives, create a life they desire, and maintain long-term success for healthy lifestyle changes.
