What do you love most about your job?
Watching people grow and come to realizations about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to help others more directly. My first career as a Registered Nurse in 1993 had me working directly with patients. Eventually, I entered the world of Emergency preparedness and response and after almost 20 years of progressive leadership and growth in my expertise in that field at the federal level, I felt the pull and tug to help others more directly again. Coaching has enabled me to really tap into that desire/passion again.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I can help them get results, such as overcoming imposter syndrome, feeling more confident as a leader, changing or growing in their careers, become more successful as a new Executive, etc. I have a no nonsense, yet compassionate approach to my coaching/leadership consulting. I am direct and as authentic as it gets. Clients serious about making changes will work with me.
I have a Graduate level degree in Organizational Leadership and have successfully navigated a number of leadership roles over my 25+ professional career. I am passionate about helping others and coaching enables me to fulfill that passion.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I am currently providing online/remote services through zoom and telephone calls at the moment. Eventually, I will offer in person sessions but am following the advice of our public health officials before reintroducing that into the business model.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have moved my practice to virtual - for the time being. I am following the advice of local public health to ensure the ongoing safety of my clients and our families.
Career - Personal Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative and ongoing relationship between a coach and the client. Success increases with coaching because changing habits, challenging limiting beliefs, understanding one’s strengths, and creating possibilities enables success to flourish.
As change and progress can happen at different rates that are unique to every individual, the Coach and Client commit to working together over a co-created period of time. I offer 3-6 and 12 months solutions. This allows the coaching relationship the necessary time to develop the plan and make progress on the objectives, work through the challenges and to see advancement on the identified goals.

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a collaborative and ongoing relationship between a coach and the client. Success increases with coaching because changing habits, challenging limiting beliefs, understanding one’s strengths, and creating possibilities enables success to flourish.
Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counselling. Opportunities for teaching, as appropriate, may be incorporated into the coaching relationship, as requested/needed by the client.
Entering a coaching relationship means both parties acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress and changes in their life or career.
As change and progress can happen at different rates that are unique to every individual, the Coach and Client commit to working together for the initial six (6) month period. This allows the coaching relationship the necessary time to develop the plan and make progress on the objectives, work through the challenges and to see clear progress on the identified goals.
