It has all the equipment and weights you need for whatever your workout routine is. Kettle bells, steps, more than enough free weights, lots of cardio equipment, and tons of weight machines. Staff is very chill and helpful. Plus I've been going there 5 years and I've never seen any sort of disagreement between clients or staff or anyone over anything. My favourite gym!!! Owner is very friendly and knowledgable. The best equipment you could want. With lots of variety. From 150 Dumbbells to the top quality squat rack, and rows of new cardio machines. Plus any and everything in between!!! Lots of great people and a great atmosphere as well.
