We have been using this service for the last number of years - mostly to and from Pearson Airport. The service has always been on time, and 100% reliable. This morning our driver was on time again, as always. We ended up asking to be driven to a wrong pick-up location (my own fault), to join a bus tour to NY City. We realised our mistake 20 minutes before the bus’ departure time. A frantic call to Oakville United Taxi had the same driver picking us up within 5 minutes, and we made it to the correct pick-up location 11 km away, with 3 minutes to spare. Thank you kindly to the dispatcher, and our friendly and courteous driver, for saving our trip, and sparing us the disappointment and wasted expense. You did great More...
