What do you love most about your job?
I've always enjoyed solving complex problems that don't have clear and obvious solutions in the context of a team. Property management allows me to tackle complex problems in the context of a great team of professionals that we have built.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion! I owned a few rental properties myself and there was no part of the process of managing property that I didn't enjoy. I committed myself to the requisite study, continued to learn in my own portfolio and now have the opportunity to share the collective wisdom of myself and my team with our valued clients.

Property Management
We refer to our services as "end to end". That means we can handle everything from start to finish. Your fee is based on a percentage of rent that we collect. This keeps your costs standard and set so you know what to expect every month.
Tenant Management
From showing to leasing to move in to regular inspections, to processing the move out. We handle everything from start to finish. We consider all of this to fall under the umbrella of property management; there is no extra charge for these services.
Maintenance Management
Our online ticketing system makes it easy for tenants to report maintenance issues, our team to troubleshoot, and our clients to approve. We will gladly use our client's preferred trades or our own in-house contractor team should you prefer.
Eviction Processing
For all tenants in our portfolio, we process evictions where necessary. There is no fee for this service; we only charge the costs to process, file and enforce. That's it.
