How long have you been in business?
2 years as of March 2023. There was a building period in 2020 as well.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we supply all PPE for our caregivers. We ensure that not only our clients are safe, but also our caregivers as well. Precaution is always taken first hand.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know each and every client. As the CEO, I talk directly with all clients and caregivers, and I am quite hands-on with the business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lack of home care agencies, and the lack of care from certain caregivers that I have seen in the past. I want to make sure that clients and families are getting the best care that they can at a reasonable price.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have accredited HCA's and nurses through Alberta's regulating body, and the CEO is very hands on. Our CEO gets to know every client and caregiver and even matches the caregivers to each client.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No, home care should not be done online. Home is done within the home so that the client gets the best care possible. Although all the documentation and care plans are done online through confidential software.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
PPE is always offered and at all of our caregivers disposal.

Doctor Phone Consultation
Booking a doctor appointment is easy and quick. You can book an appointment through the receptionist of Chappelle Square Medical Clinic in just a few minutes by phone or website. Based on the time and date you choose, you will be matched with an available doctor. Where available, doctor consultations are covered under your provincial health insurance by providing your valid Provincial Healthcard Number.
After your consultation, the doctor may provide you with follow-up care recommendations, including a prescription, a specialist referral, or lab and imaging tests. Our dedicated Support team will be there to assist you with each step, whether it is finding a convenient lab location or booking follow-up appointments.
