The food at NOw Serving is based around seasonal produce thats at its best.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
we start with an initial email to make sure we are available for the proposed dates, we then move into a call to help set the goal post for the clients needs. After this we then create two menus and offer the clients time to give honest feed back. The chosen menu is then tailored with all the clients needs or changes, be it dietary preference or monetary.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide a bespoke menu and deliver great food to clients for an occasion that means something special to them. Putting in the extra step to make sure that the client is happy and enjoys everything.
What inspired you to start your own business?
covid 19 left me without work, I began to use my skills as a chef to create meal kits for people. once covid restrictions were lifted I began to grow and expand offering in home cooking in ontario.

All services are to be delivered in person. We do offered prepared meals that can be delivered.
Private chef services
Private chef services - catering/ meal prep for a client at the clients home or other location.
This may include a semi permanent setup, a pre agreed upon contract or simply food to be delivered.
Typically and hourly rate is charged plus cost of food.
Catering services
Menu Creation and adjustments with client. - based around client need and budget.
Preparation, Delivery and service of food at event. - client may choose any or all options.
Clean up and package of left over food.
Cooking classes
Bespoke cooking classes - 4hr or 1 day classes offered in chef skills, butchery, fish butchery, classic European cooking.
Must be 8 people minimum
