Majority of the client meetings and application processes have been through Zoom meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a designated room for seeing clients. Every person that steps into the office needs to sign a questionnaire and consent form. Any rooms or equipment used will be sanitize immediately afterwards. Masks are mandatory at all times in the building.
