President Nick Duley has more than 22 years of human resources consulting experience and has been investigating harassment complaints for over a decade. He has drawn on this experience to deliver practical and engaging workplace-specific harassment, sexual harassment, legislative compliance, and human rights training to staff and leadership at all levels within organizations. Recent projects have involved addressing sexual harassment issues within the performing arts sector, working to resolve Indigenous rights concerns, and conducting workplace culture assessments related to ongoing sexual harassment issues and implementing targeted sexual harassment prevention training for staff and managers.
In addition, Nick also consults and advises employers concerning recruitment strategy, employee relations, policy development, training, and legislative compliance.
Martha Jansenberger is a seasoned investigator, former police officer, and innovative leader with more than a decade of experience managing challenging human resource dynamics, human rights issues, and driving workplace cultural change. Currently, she is studying for her Doctorate at Western University, where her research focuses on the client impacts of bullying and harassment in the workplace, and how these dynamics can be corrected to prevent further loss of customer satisfaction, institutional reputation, and revenue.
