By listening to their personal needs as they are not one answer fits all. I also have flexibility with scheduling as not everyones life is 9-5. I present passion and that I feel brings my knowledge and ability to push people to be their best out even more. I also am competiting in a Men’s Physique show and so I bring the know how of changing the body compostion properly and to do so health wise such as Nutrition.

Willing to work hard and ask questions. Knowledge is power. Hardwork is the determination if one can do as they know. I can say of you follow my outline and guide i will get you were you want to be.

What I love most about my job is the ability to help show people things can change for the better and that its okay to admit they need help. I also love seeing the progression in others that I began to love seeing in myself in the past. Finally I love seeing the change of mindset from a dontter to a doer.

Drive and Passion are what inspired me to do what I love for a business and what I think gave me the freedom to have more control in my life that Idesired. I also wanted to be healthy so I began schooling to learn the nutrition knowledge and be able to combined it with proper exercise for different needs to help me and all others live healthier lives.
