What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for fitness. I’ve been in the gym since I was 12 years old. I loved showing my friends helpful tips and from there it grew into a career.

Yes I offer online training and nutrition plans. You don’t need to be an in person client to receive my help.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We practice all cleaning measures necessary at the private gym in order to keep a clean and safe facility. Cleaning is regular and everything is cleaned.
