I always strength trained myself as a teenager and it has always been a part of who I am and so I wanted to do something that was authentically me .

I care about my work and clients. I fine tune my craft by taking continuing education courses related to both nutrition and exercise.

All my services are provided remotely and require minimal equipment. Just a good internet connection is all that's needed to get started.
