As a contractor, I have had the pleasure of working with Amiri from Nesta Design for several years. Whenever I require a building permit to start construction, I turn to Amiri for his expertise.
He visits the site, takes the necessary measurements, and provides professional advice regarding architectural and structural procedures.
Amiri then designs the project and shares it with us and the property owner to get our input and optimize the design. He prepares all architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and other necessary drawings, and carries out the entire permit application process, obtaining building permits from the city.
But Amiri's job doesn't end there. He provides ongoing advice and consultation during construction to ensure that everything goes smoothly. During the three years that I have received his professional services, I can confidently say that he is extremely experienced, skilled, professional, polite, reliable, and meticulous.
