Outstanding! I've visited a number of massage therapists around Edmonton, and Dayren seems to be the perfect fit for my needs. Not only is the location convenient, with free parking nearby, but Dayren is a true professional. The room is clean and setup so that it creates a welcoming environment. The appointments always start on time, and Dayren doesn't shortchange the timeslot like others do sometimes. She is attentive to the needs of my muscles, and will even offer insights into stretches and exercises I should do at home (I just need to start doing those haha). Dayren is a very kind and caring individual. She communicates well and creates a personalized experience. She is also emotionally intelligent -- if you want to converse with her during the session, she will reciprocate, but if you prefer to be treated in silence, she won't force a conversation. I came in with a bad back and numbness in my leg from nerve pinching due to tight muscles. Physio therapy was not helpful and was too much with my busy schedule but after a 2 hr session with Dayren my pain and numbness was completely gone.

Dayren is a master at finding the source of your pain, zeroing in on it and treating it. It's amazing how much difference there was in my body after my visit!
