myFRIES was started in Edmonton, 2012 with the desire to offer a healthy alternative to greasy French fries. It's a fresh new concept that was a hit from the day we opened. People came in expecting a typical fast food style restaurant but were surprised to find a clean, relaxed atmosphere where they can take a break from a hectic schedule.

I randomly stopped at this place today. Never heard of it, had no idea what they had to offer. I don’t find myself in Edmonton too often, but I’ll be coming back. The woman who helped me was amazing. What a great discovery during our vacation in Edmonton. The concept is great with the air fried fries and the personalized poutines. We had a traditional poutine with bacon bits, one with red wine peppercorn sauce and one with Donair meat, sauce, caramelized onions, mushrooms and guacamole. Great tasting combo! As a celiac I was very happy that everything was gluten free and I didn't have to ask lots of questions to feel secure. The owner was very friendly and took his time to chat with us. I wanna give a shout out to myFRIES. They are absolutely amazing and never disappoint! awesome staff and delicious, top quality produce. such yummy food. After a very long and stressful day at the Stollery we were starving and my girl needed comfort food. She was so pleased to hear they also have Foothills Creamery Ltd for dessert options.
