The team did such a great job cleaning my home!
I scheduled them for a deep clean and will continue with a regular cleaning every two weeks.
Anna messaged me and I sent her pictures of my place and we talked about my expectations. She was able to send me a quote within a few hours and scheduled the deep clean for the next day.
I work from home and so I gave her a quick tour of the place but had to get back to work. They exceeded my expectations with minimal guidance from me.
At the end, she walked me through the house and asked me if there were any spots that her team missed or anything I would like cleaned differently. She also showed me areas that she couldn't clean exactly the way she wanted but would bring different equipment next time or try in another way to get it cleaner. I appreciate the transparency and she was very receptive to the things I pointed out.

La compagnie Multiservice viva a été très professionnelle.
Quelques heures seulement après avoir ouvert la demande sur Bark, une personne m'a contacté pour en savoir plus sur mes besoins et m'informer des tarifs.
Le lendemain (!), elles étaient là pour nettoyer mon appartement. 2 personnes sont venues nettoyer et une personne a supervisé le tout (avant et après le nettoyage).
Je suis très satisfait du résultat, ça brille de partout :-) Je n'hésiterai pas à les rappeler dans le futur.
