Pauline was amazing with our 90lb anxious dog. She spent a lot of time and gave Juniper the love and care she needed to adjust to Pauline’s grooming. Pauline has been great with both my pups. She takes her time and is gentle when grooming our pup that has had multiple leg surgeries. She also doesn’t stress and gives the pups time and reassurance when anxious or nervous. Took my 7mo puppy to Mucky Paws and was very nervous for my first time leaving him as he is with us. The owner met us outside and was more than willing to let Yeti (my pup) smell around her yard, smell her, and get comfortable before even entering her home. She was quick and timely and he was done within 2 hours for a deshed bath and tidy up! once I was ready to pick him up I was pleasantly surprised to hear the owner and her daughter had some fun with him playing fetch. This is all the much better for puppies and grown dogs to have some one on one free time besides just the groom, and to typically be put into a crate/kennel afterwards as many do! He was let outside to see me with a nice stuffy in his mouth and I couldn’t have asked for a happier and better looking puppy. She was clearly very patient, forgiving, and loving during his visit and I can’t wait for him to develop a relationship with Mucky Paws! Amazing prices and top notch care and understanding. 10/10 recommend, and will recommend to all my fellow pupper owners🙂 More...

My 90 lbs, very timid dog is shy and very frightened of new people and places. Mucky Paws was so open to acclimatizing her before we had our actual appointment. We got some amazing tips on how to work with her at home. The day of the appointment the time taken to gain my dogs’ trust was so assuring, along with the force free grooming. My dog was the happiest when it was over and was willing to take treats and pets from the house hold! A price and service that cannot be beaten! Would recommend to all! More...

This was only the second time I’ve gotten my puppy groomed, but it was be far the best. Dani was soooo soft and she was treated so well. She was so happy when I got her back. And I was very happy with the outcome. You can tell that Pauline cares for the job she does including the animals she cares for. We will only be taking Dani to her from now on. We love and highly recommend mucky paws!! She works with my very senior border collie who needs special grooming treatment for her age and comfort and is amazing with her. The quality of her work is outstanding not even taking into account that my senior girl needs lots of breaks and accommodation, and prior to us adopting her was obviously not groomed or a fan or any personal hygiene like brushing or nail trims. We are so lucky to have found a groomer who cares about our dogs experience and comfort, but also does such an amazing beautiful job of her ❤ More...
