Growing up, I never paid much attention to the financial world, but I slowly started seeing how vastly it is changing from the financial world my parents started in. It made me realize that it is getting increasingly difficult for younger people to obtain a sense of financial security that is comfortable, versus what it was like many years ago. This has fuelled my passion to continuously learn everything I can when it comes to finance, and help others gain a sense of knowledge and balance in today’s financial market.

As well, I believe being younger than most of my colleges in the mortgage industry has helped bring an imperative new perspective to the industry. This new era is a vastly different setting for purchasing your first home, as it was years ago when a lot of the current Mortgage professionals were buying their first homes. Thus, I think it is important to have someone on your side who recognizes this and can help mitigate the stresses that arise from making such important financial decisions. In addition to all that, I love more than anything to talk and connect with people. I’m constantly looking for new hobbies to pursue, such as learning piano, woodworking, Astronomy, etc. Thus, I find it very pleasurable to talk to anyone as we can always find some similarities. In the summer, I love being outdoors doing any activity I can get my hands on, whether it’s kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, anything.
