I ordered from More Taters Please for the first time tonight and I really enjoyed it! I was a little worried my food might be soggy since only take out or curbside pickup are available right now, however it wasn't soggy at all. I had the Dic-Tator wrap combo with Nacho Fries. The fries were tasty but the wrap was soooo delicious, full of flavour and very spicy The portion size was very generous for me as I wasn't able to finish eating all of it. i ordered for the first time there last week. my ordered was exactly what is said on the menu however I asked for specific things to be removed from my kids wraps. Not only that i found a broken elastic under my wrap and the next day when my son went to finish his left over poutine he also found a broken elastic in his meal. I emailed more taters please and no one had the decency to message me back. For the price I paid for our meal I have never been so disappointed and disgusted. Never again!!!!! More...

My gods... if you are hungry and want SUPER yummy food, order from More Taters Please. I ordered a REGULAR Trumps Wall Poutine as part of a joke and it actually sounded delicious. It was HUGE. I'm normally a fan of this place but this experience I just had is the reason I won't be going back. I placed an order and told the worker that there were certain things I couldn't have on it (because of an allergy). They made it and when I got it home realized it was made incorrectly. I live 20 minutes away so I was irritated but called them and they said to come back and they will remake it. So they took my exact order over the phone and I left for the 20 minute drive there. I get there, I opened up the lid to make sure there wasn't anything extra that I didn't want. It looked fine so I took it home. I get it home to realize that my poutine was missing the fries. So now I've wasted more than an hour of driving back and forth. I call them to let them know their mistake (hoping they would do more than make me drive another 20 minutes) only for them to offer to remake it again, then it sounds like the phone was put down and all I can hear in the background was someone screaming and swearing, then they hung up on me. So even if I wanted to drive another 20 minutes to go get a third order, I wouldn't be able to because I never got the chance. Now I'm not sure if the swearing and screaming was directed at me or the employees but it was extremely rude and unprofessional. So now I'm out $13 plus gas and I have food I can't eat to show for it More...

I've recently moved to Windsor from England and was missing a good jacket potato place so my husband and I went in to try the baked potato, which was delicious! We've since tried a few different things like the chilli fries and nacho fries which are amazing! The ingredients are all fresh and always served piping hot. The portion sizes are generous and the customer service is fantastic! The owner Chris and his wife are great, I went in to pick up food today and got to know a bit more about them. Just ordered a platter for 12 ppl with waffle fries & wings. The wraps were AMAZING and can't go wrong with waffle fries. The guy suggested garlic parmesan wings and we couldn't get enough of them . Nipped out of work to get some baked potatoes for a working dinner. I have been keen to try the food here. Ordered three baked potatoes with the mushroom topping and went to great length with the chick to make sure there was no sour cream on them. Even had to point to the sour cream words on the board and say no sour cream. Very quick to process payment. Literally 40 minutes after ordering and having lost the will to live seeing other customers come and even get their food I asked where the potatoes were and was told they were almost ready. I rudely suggested they cook them not grow them. My bad. Guess it must have been lost in translation as some cheese thing with bacon arrived with sour cream. I told them I had ordered mushroom with no sour cream. The girl said shed have to remake the order. Like I had another 40 minutes to waste!!! Asked for a refund which the chick couldnt process and ended up giving me cash out of the till. Absolute disgrace .Wont be back ever and guess Ill never find out if the food was good or not. Went down the road to A & W. Recommend everyone else does the same unless they have a couple of hours spare. More...

Contacted management about their supposed gluten-free items. They advised that they had a separate fryer for gluten-free fries so celiac customers could eat them. Visited the Walker Road location on October 25. There was not a separate gluten free fryer which means the items they advertise as gluten free all over their menu are contaminated with gluten. Contacted management through Facebook to inquire about this, as they had previously messaged me assurances that I would be able to eat there. Received a message that they would get back to me as soon as possible. That was October 25 and I still haven’t heard from them still. I guess advertising a gluten free menu is only an appealing business move when you don’t actually ensure the food you are providing is actually gluten free. This business agreed to make a $100 donation to the Alex Durham Fundraiser (he lost his life in a farming accident in July. Leaving behind his 7 month pregnant wife and 2 year old son). I was so grateful for the donation. Unfortunately, l called them twice with no response back, emailed CJ twice with no reply and went in again to personally talk to the owner, Chris to get the donation. He wrote my name down to remind his son to email. This fundraiser has now past without any thing back from Chris or CJ. I am very disappointed in this business. I completely understand if you can't or don't want too donate. It is another thing to say you will but never planned on it in the first place. More...
