Karolina has been doing my facials for years. I had a brief hiatus from self-care but finally returned to the spa today at the new location. Oh, how I missed Karolina! She is so knowledgeable and caters to your individual skin needs. Lotions/serums/masks are warm when applied to the skin so it feels heavenly. Her extractions are gentle yet effective. Both Karolina & Edyta were the estheticians who provided facials for me, and I really liked them both. They made me feel very comfortable, made a point to say my name throughout the session, which I really like as it is personable, & were very attentive to my specific needs. .. I felt ~ like a Princess! My second session started 45 mins after my assigned time, though the receptionist apologized profusely which I appreciated. Also, it can get quite loud as the salon is just on the other side of the wall. However, I would go there again. : ) More...

I started going to Monterella Spa when I purchased a Groupon coupon two years ago. When I went I saw Karolina. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the spa and the service they provided. They did not try to sell me any products. So, then I bought another coupon on groupon for another kind of service. I was hooked! Love Karolina. She is very friendly and very professional.
