I was super impressed with Monarch Vet Tech Services from the moment I reached out. I was looking for someone to come help me administer subcutaneous fluids every other day to my very squirmy dog. They got back to me almost immediately even though it was on a Sunday and were able to schedule me in for appointments for the next two weeks. I just had my first appointment with Rachel and was amazed at how well it went! She was very comfortable with my dog and completely understood the struggles I was having in trying to administer the fluids myself. Rachel was able to get the needle in and start the fluids going with barely any assistance from me in securing my dog. I was a bit hesitant when I first considered Monarch given the price of this service and the frequency of appointments but having had this experience I can say it is 100% worth it and I will continue using their services in the future! Veronica and her crew are hands down the absolute best animal service providers I have ever used. I reached out to them because I needed home visits for my 10 year old parrot. Monarch's web page lists aviary services as an option, so I gave them a try.From the minute I engaged Monarch, I was beyond impressed. They got back to me right away and I could tell from the get go everyone on staff was a consummate professional. They are all so wonderful with my little parrot and it's evident that they actually enjoy taking care of him. It goes both ways - he LOVES the staff and is always so happy after they care for him.I use Monarch for all the services - home visits, vacation care, nail/beak/wing trims etc. They are the only caregivers I trust with my feather baby. I'm a neurotic bird mom and hate leaving him when I go away, but Veronica and crew are so understanding - they send me pictures and videos of my little guy and I even get daily reports of his activities, moods, actions! The Monarch team's love of animals and their expertise is undeniable. On more than a few occasions, they've given me super helpful advice and suggestions on how to optimize my pet's care. Also, they are really sweet humans! When I was talking about adopting a dog, Veronica offered, without being asked, to write me a letter of recommendation!! I called and booked and appointment for my cats grooming and they don't accept it ...No consideration at all .. I really don't recommend it and the service is so expensive at all . ..Don't waste your money for them.. somestaff are not nice at all no consideration they thinkk u will not pay them...I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!
