Laura has been the biggest inspiration and is the reason I go to Moshka. She has helped me and encourages me every time I go. I have zero flexibility but with her help, I have been able to gain strength, do more poses and feel much more confident during class. My first time at this particular studio. I was visiting on business and didn't want to miss my practice. I showed up and from the moment I walked in, the friendly welcoming staff, the great energy and happiness was awesome. I was given a complimentary mat, and 3 classes.
