Our company has adapted to change in todays society, when it comes to meeting our clients virtually. Quotes are always best done in person but we have the capacity to zoom our clients in some scenarios. Looking at the bigger picture, an in person quote or meeting is more personable and effective and can go along way. We have done meetings virtual and can in some cases, so long as our customer is satisfied with the communication process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Janitorial team has taken a huge change in our cleaning process which included disinfecting all surfaces and air. Our employees are asked to wear protective gear such as face covering and gloves. We ask our staff to frequently change their gloves and apply a new face covering in order to keep our clients safe and satisficed .
