I am experienced and certified in providing online counselling and I use a secure, encrypted platform to ensure your privacy. I am also available for in-person sessions in you live within the Kelowna area.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I am inclusive, sex-positive, and offer a welcoming and safe space for all sexual orientations and gender identities. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and believe in life-long learning, continually updating my knowledge base and skill set.

My approach is very client-centred - you know your life and yourself the best. I help people address and heal the past insomuch as it is affecting them in the here-and-now, encourage present-moment focus, and help people to look to the future when fostering change and working towards goals.
