I had to move from Toronto to Long Island, NY. I was selling my condo so I had to send my stuff ahead of me. Miracle movers were great every step of the way. Sheena helped me w all the paperwork and understanding completely what the cost would be and what I could except to be charged. The day(s) of the move the truck driver and the guys who did all the lifting were absolutely great. They were professional, kind, and helpful...they really listened to my requests and concerns. Max was amazing!!! He helped move a piano across town for me and I don't think it would have gone well had it been any other moving company. He was friendly and prompt, and they worked with me on the price when we both arrived to find the item a little bit larger than we both expected. I have used Miracle Movers twice in a couple of years now, and both times the crews were super efficient and emitted only good vibes even when faced with an unwelcoming building that meant they had to climb stairs not anticipated rather than the elevator we were told they could use. Didn't faze them, and they made sure not to be gone until we were satisfied, and offering to put together stuff it hadn't occurred to me to ask about.
