I too am a therapist, but that does not mean that I have not had my struggles in life. I began working with Bassem because I have had a fair bit of trauma in my life, and I thought I had dealt with it, and yet I was still being triggered by random things that brought up my past. I struggled with controling my thoughts and emotions, which usually lead to reacting unfavourably. These behaviours were putting strain on myself and my relationships.
