The food is delicious!! We have tried the soups the noodle and rice dishes sandwiches & salad rolls !! We live out of town and we drive to Edmonton to have lunch or dinner there ! ! I would recommend anyone who likes Vietnamese cuisine or wants to try it should go there !! Very happy customer!! Oh and the staff or so nice !! 👍 More...

So great to stop here on our drive from lloyd to Calgary - the food is fresh and delicious! We tried the two in one spring rolls for the first time and they were spectacular- thanks for the personal touch!

1. Padthai - A spicy Thai classic of rice noodles, bean sprouts, eggs, and your choice of chicken or prawns, topped with roasted peanuts and lime.

2. Red or Green Curry - A savoury curry made with red peppers and coconut milk sauce with bamboo shoots, Kaffir lime leaves, and basil.

3. Beef or Chicken Noodle Soup-Vietnamese noodle soup with savoury beef stock ( Chicken Stock )and medium-rare beef fillet, brisket, meatballs, fresh chicken breast, rice noodles, and fresh herbs.

4. Mango Salad - Shredded mango, red onions, cucumbers, and bell peppers in a tangy fish sauce (veggie “fish” sauce for tofu) vinaigrette, topped with cilantro and roasted peanuts.

7. Viet Sub - Banh Mi (often called a Vietnamese sub) is a product of French colonialism in Indochina. A delicious combination of French ingredients like baguettes with Vietnamese ingredients like cilantro, pickled carrots, and fish sauce.
