Q&As

I love helping people feel better, it's such a rewarding feeling.

I've always wanted to own my own business / be my own boss. And it allows me to provide a better service to my clients.

I do my best to help each client become comfortable before the treatment begins, I use an online booking system to help make booking an appointment super easy. As a new client, you'll receive a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your health information and either a 30 minute or 60 minute personalized treatment.

Services available in person only. Additional tips and information available on my site.

- Clients must complete a Covid-19 screening questionnaire online or on arrival
- Before entry, I will scan your temperature using a forehead thermometer
- Hand sanitizer will be available
- I will be wearing a face mask & scrub top that I’ll be changing after each client
- Clients are required to wear a mask
- All surfaces will be cleaned & disinfected after each client

Services

The most common and well known type of massage. Using a more gentle and superficial approach to improve circulation, decrease pain & tension and promote relaxation.

Beginning with lighter techniques to warm up tissues then using more pressure to focus on the deeper muscle layers. Breaking up adhesions to relieve pain and restore proper movement.

Different techniques are used depending on pre-game and post-game massages. Including to loosen muscles and increase flexibility & range of motion, decrease stress and improve focus.

These techniques focus on the fascia, which is like a large web of connective tissues that run from your head to your toes, surrounding every muscle, bone and organs. The fascia can cause a lot of pain, tension and posture issues.

Is based on creating a negative pressure and suction drawing the tissues away from the body. Using silicone cups with lots of oil to help the cups glide in various directions to increase blood flow and release your tissues in shorter durations.

RockTape FMT Blades uses the concept of movement therapy & performance enhancement with gentle soft tissue techniques via Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization medical grade tools to break up adhesions.

Uses more direct pressure to tender areas often referred to as knots. Typically leads to immediate release of tension and improved range of motion.

FMT Basic Kinesiology Taping uses evidence based approach to taping for pain, enhancing fluid dynamics, posture, nerve entrapment and scars.
