Hi Elizabeth Roberts here, please allow me to introduce myself. I am “Mom” to an 13 year old Pug mix named Max who is the joy of my life. I have always had a passion for animals, especially dogs, and thought of working with them in some capacity, either at a doggy day care, or as a dog walker. Having had 4 cats, 2 German Shephards, at least 8 poodles, 2 beagles, 1 Lhasa Apso, and Max, I've learned quite a bit about dogs and their behavior and how to behave around them. Most of the dogs I grew up with, it was up to me to do the basic training like come, sit, stay, etc.

There's nothing I like better than being around dogs having fun with other dogs. I have spent 6 months working in a doggy day care, and In that time I have learned a lot about controlling large numbers of dogs of all sizes and temperaments making it a happy, friendly, fun atmosphere resulting in happy but tired dogs being sent home with their “Moms” and “Dads” at the end of the day. I have also completed a first aid course for dogs. I currently have four doggie clients, Turbo who is a Beagle, Astro who is a Shiba Inu, Whistler who is a Golden Retriever, and Dex who is an Australian Shephard. Stella and Lola who were pugs have unfortunately crossed the Rainbow Bridge recently. I also have 4 kitty clients that I visit on an as-needed basis, Murray, a sister/brother duo – Sushi and Storm and Squirt. I also walk Squirt’s canine “Uncle” Finn whenever Squirt’s Mommy’s parents are leaving town and drops off with her.
