Rohan personalized a program for me that has worked wonders. I can't say enough about how much he has helped me. I could barely walk or get up out of a chair due to a torn meniscus. I am able to walk again without pain because he challenged and encouraged me to just get the work done. I am stronger than I have ever been because of Rohan. A fitness assessment is completed which will determine the client’s goals and level of fitness. From there, a game plan is developed to achieve the goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The client must first believe and visualize the body of their dreams in order to take the proper measures to achieve it.

I love to see the clients’ emotion and satisfaction once they accomplish their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to help people through fitness and educate them about the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle.

With 20 years of experience as a trainer, I can provide a variety of training methods that suit clients with different levels of fitness.

We provide virtual sessions for personal training and group training through Facetime, Zoom, or other platforms if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Current protocols are followed. Our facility is cleaned and disinfected often and hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the gym. Our staff members have been to be fully vaccinated.
Program design
I design training program and do follow up on the client.
I also have a software with a complete program that cover nutrition, exercise and many other areas.
