I started seeing Stephen from Vitality Physio two weeks ago due to very painful wrist and arms aches due to working from home during COVID and not having access to my proper work setup. Upon my assessment, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the establishment. Not only did Stephen determine the exact location of my pain, he treated it immediately with impressive techniques and tools while also sending me home with stretches and exercises. After only three sessions, my pain has decreased tremendously. I have had interactions with the receptionist, assistant technicians as well as Stephen himself and they were all a pleasure to speak to and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They also took the proper measures to protect their clients from COVID by wearing masks, gloves and keeping the place and equipment spotless and sanitary. Andrew at Vitality Physio is absolutely brilliant. I was experiencing severe neck pain and was hesitant to seek assistance with all the restrictions applied at the moment due to Covid 19. Andrew was able to arrange physical therapy and treatment for me so that we could work through the issue together. The exercises prescribed were well explained and I walked out my appointments feeling confident in my own rehabilitation abilities.
