I would not recommend Maple Renovations.
I wish I could post pictures.
He did not tape the floors and got white paint all over my newly refinished flooring. Painted my custom shutters incorrectly (and left them to dry shut)he also did not rehang them level, one side was hung about 2 inches above the other.
I had not yet moved in so he sent me pictures and I paid him (stupid to pay before viewing, I know now) After I noticed the issues he came back. He said the shutters did not fit the window so he could not hang them properly then yanked open a couple of the ones painted shut (breaking two). When I showed him pictures of the shutters (correctly hung)before his work he said they were not the same shutters?!
He did say he would come back to scrape the paint off my floor and rehang the shutters but I don’t think I want him back and do not trust his work.
The other issue is I did not even ask him to paint the shutters, just the walls, baseboards and window sill and he charged $1000 for one room. Super disappointed and do not believe he has 20 years experience. More...
