What do you love most about your job?
I like to help people and to enlighten them to the basic strategies for them to be successful. It is reassuring that I can discuss common misconceptions about the industry and products based on the facts that the company work for does not recommend speculative or risky investments.

Yes, we have always been on line ready. We have secure on line messaging, both with text, and email for our clients, we do zoom calls and webex demonstrations for any user, and have docusign to do paperwork quickly and remotely. In Calgary we can do face to face meetings following protocols and sanitary activities. Our offices are limited to common daily traffic and are thoroughly disinfected daily. Our clients comfort and safety are number one priority. I do travel when able to areas where my clients live in order that they can receive face to face service annually.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
as mentioned above, we encourage remote video or telephone conversations as we are set up to accommodate anyone. As restrictions ease up and people's comfort level with face to face meetings occur we accommodate and follow strict sanitary protocols, there is hand sanitizer on every desktop, facemasks are worn when in presence of other people. Distances are marked off for proper spacing and the office is disinfected daily. We strive to be safe and covid compliant even in post pandemic times. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
