As a Therapist, I guide people through personal challenges, help ease emotional burdens, and empower people to achieve a healthier mind. With a new mindset, clients can pursue new ways to live in both their professional and personal lives. My ultimate favorite part of the job is the small achievement that helps resolve the overall problem.

Having a flexible schedule has always been an appealing trait in a job. In the counselling field I have found that having rigid hours does not typically work for the average person, therefore being able to be flexible for my clients has always been important to me.

Clients should choose me because I am supportive and provide a warm open space. I do not provide a quick fix rather I prefer to work with the client in their needs, it is a collaborative approach. Clients who are ready to make changes will benefit greatly from working with me as I like to dig to the root of problems and not just focus on the surface level.

I prefer to speak with my clients online, though if the client really needs a face-to-face session we can work something out together. Online is important to me as long as the client has a safe space in which they can speak freely, as confidentiality is always a number one priority.

Typically most of clients prefer working online, therefore it minimizes the exposure of Covid-19

As a Life Coach, I can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In creating these strategies, we will collaboratively target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, I provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.

I am currently working towards getting my master's degree in Counselling Psychology in order to be a Registered Psychotherapist.

I currently work with a diverse community of people interested in using talk-therapy to address their emotional problems or mental health. Typically my clients and I work on relationship problems, anxiety, life changes, sleep, handling sexual problem, and more.
