Exceptional operation from the first visit. Steve and his team were accommodating as we had to cancel our install a few times. He was understanding and when it came time he fulfilled everything we asked for. Extremely high quality product but a higher attention to details and the install is spot on perfect. I don’t do the posting and rating thing on FB, or anything else for that matter, but I had to for Steve Nicola and Luxury Lawns. Not only is the finished product fantastic, but more importantly to me was the experience. From the beginning Steve was very receptive and accommodating to questions, as well as prompt to answer all my questions. On the day of install, his 2 guys were very polite, respectful of our property and our neighbours, and their clean-up was impressive.
