I found his communication to be at the top level when issues came u, and also when he could not be there. His prices are are very good compared to other contractors in my area. I have had Thomas do many projects for me, from Demolition of a shed and rebuilt a larger one on our lake front property, Renovate a bathroom, and our kitchen, as well as lay new flooring through.
