My life needed a total re:design, I knew deep inside that I needed to change directions but I didn't know how or even where to start. I was totally overwhelmed, I felt stuck and depressed. I had tried traditional therapy in the past without making much progress. Working with Lucy as my life coach was a totally different experience. From the moment we connected I felt "held" and uplifted from her positivity, enthusiasm and "yes you can" attitude. It gave me hope when I had felt hopeless. I am so grateful to have Lucy as my Wellness Coach. It was fate that connected her to me. She is a perfect match for me and I look forward to every session we have. I didn’t want to dwell on past experiences but to move forward Lucy has encouraged and guided me in that direction being mindful and giving me the tools that I need to live my life in a more meaningful and stress free way. As your health and wellness coach I am committed to address your wellness from a whole person approach and what that means to thrive mentally, physically and spiritually. Our coaching relationship is designed to facilitate sustainable change so that we can optimize your health, happiness and well-being. I address health behaviours that include weight, exercise, nutrition, mindset, stress management and sleep hygiene.

As a relationship coach, I guide, empower and support my clients with skills to effectively manage their relationships.
A person whom is steeped in self awareness is better able to show up with the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness.

As a stress management coach, I educate my clients on the bodies stress response system. I can’t take your stressors away but I can teach you how to use your mind, brain and body to rethink your stress and thereby change your relationship to it.

I am a certified facilitator of MBSR, an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program taught in 800 healthcare facilities world-wide.

As a wellness coach focusing on anxiety and depression, I offer guidance and support along with self-care practices to strengthen emotional self-regulation. As an alternative to traditional talk-only therapy, I offer my clients a practical and experience based approach to discovering a peaceful, loving and assured daily life.

I specialize in Wellness Coaching with a focus on personal exploration and spiritual practice.

Contemplative practices such as mindfulness and compassion help to cultivate present moment awareness, which deepens our own inner guidance. This learned awareness can helps us align with our life purpose, goals and values.
